
All the good hype that you hear about jackfruit is true. You can use every part of jackfruit – raw, ripe and seeds to make delicious dishes. It is so easy to make and can be refrigerated for your anytime snack.
Ingredients
200gms boiled jackfruit seeds, skinned
1tsp roasted sesame seeds
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 lime juice
1/2tbs olive oil
1/4tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Water as required
Chopped herbs like chives, coriander leaves, parsley for garnishMethod

Grind all the ingredients in a grinder, except for oil, chilli powder and herbs to a fine paste. The consistency should be smooth like any hummus. Pour the hummus in a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, chilli powder and herbs. Serve it at room temperature with carrot or cucumber sticks or crackers.
