Raw mango millet tikki

Mango season is almost here and there’s no better way than using it in your daily cooking. Here is a fabulous recipe by one of our readers.
Kodo millet   1 cup
Raw mango   1 large (grated)
Carrot             1 grated
Spinach         1/2 bunch chopped finely
Salt                    to taste
Oil needed to pan fry
Dry roast and powder:
1 tbsp flaxseeds.
1/2 tsp bengal gram
1/2 tsp black gram
1/4 cup curry leaves
2 to 4 red chillies.Method
  1. Cook the kodo millet in open boil method. (you can cook it in cooker too)
  2. Mash the cooked millet, add grated mango, grated carrot, finely chopped spinach, salt and the masala.
  3. Combine everything together.
  4. Make tikkis and pan fry.
  5. Enjoy with tea or any juice for the summer.
