
Kodo millet 1 cup
Raw mango 1 large (grated)
Carrot 1 grated
Spinach 1/2 bunch chopped finely
Salt to taste
Oil needed to pan fry
Dry roast and powder:
1 tbsp flaxseeds.
1/2 tsp bengal gram
1/2 tsp black gram
1/4 cup curry leaves
2 to 4 red chillies.Method
- Cook the kodo millet in open boil method. (you can cook it in cooker too)
- Mash the cooked millet, add grated mango, grated carrot, finely chopped spinach, salt and the masala.
- Combine everything together.
- Make tikkis and pan fry.
- Enjoy with tea or any juice for the summer.
